Orders made, from Monday to Friday before 14:00h (CET) with payment confirmed:

Once the order has been shipped, it will be usually delivered in destiny:
– 24/48h to Spain.
– 2/4 days to Europe.
– About 7 days to Canada, the USA and Canada.
– About 10 days to Australia and New Zealand.
For orders out of the European Union the customer will pay for the shipping costs. These will be calculated taking the package’s weight and shipping country into account.
Customers also must be advised of the possibility of paying customs duty costs, if applicable.
It is customer’s responsibility to be informed about such costs.
If the country you want your order delivered to is on the list above (Shippings section), you must place your order through the website.
On the contrary, if your country is not part of the list, you can contact us through email and, if possible, we will try to price a shipping.
In orders outside of Europe, it is customer’s responsibility to be informed about customs duty costs.
Order Confirmations
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confimation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that the tracking link will work after the transport company has scanned the package, so it might take some time.
Please note that sometimes our e-mails end up in the spam folders. If after checking the spam folders you still haven’t received any email from us, please contact us on PLAN B CONTACT and we will send your order confirmation/tracking number.

All formalized orders will be notified to customers with a confirmation e-mail.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
You must check your tracking number on the transport company’s website. It might also work if you search the tracking number in Google.

If you request a product exchange note that you will be responsible for the return of the product to our warehouse and will bear the shipping cost of the new product.
The returned product must be in good state and cannot be used. Only non-used products will be accepted.
